Return and Exchanges Policy

Shipping Policy

  • All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL within 24 to 48 hours of order placement from 8am to 6pm EST Monday through Saturday.
  • For Ground - Please expect the following delivery times:

         Western United States: 4-5 Days
         Midwestern United States: 2-4 Days
         Eastern United States: 1-3 Days

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • Expedited orders and next day orders are still subject to 24 to 48 hour processing time.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.  You must provide a physical location.
    • If available, we can accommodate same day shipping for next day delivery.  You must contact one of our team members to further discuss availability.
    • Custom orders may take more than 24 to 48 hours to process prior to shipping. 
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Free Shipping Terms:

             -  We offer free shipping on orders of $999.00 or more.
             -  Excluding:  bulk cable, heavy items, etc.
             -  Orders that are oversized are not eligible to receive free shipping.
             -  Orders are shipped using ground services to the continental 48 states,         excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
             -  Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, previous orders
            
    Return Policy

    • In order to return or exchange a product you must first contact us at 1(855)887-7020 so that one of our team members can issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).  RMA’s are used to track returns.
    • Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package not the product package.  We will not accept a package without the RMA clearly printed on the outside of the shipping.  Packages will be returned to sender if the RMA is not clearly visible.
    • An RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
    • Products that need to be returned or exchanged must be received in our warehouse within 7 business days from the issue of an RMA. 
    • Returns & Exchanges with an authorized RMA must be shipped to: 4250 NW 128th Street, Opa-Locka, Fl 33054.
    • We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns, including unopened packages.    
    • Products that were shipped in error must be returned to us within 30 days. 
    • All returned items must be in “Original” condition.  “Original” means the product is in the original factory condition with the original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty card, tags, etc.
    • Exchanges will be shipped using ground services.
    • We will not accept a return or issue an exchange for wire, cable, software and any products that have been tampered with, used products and / or products that have been removed from their original packaging. 

     

     Cancellation Policy

    Once you have placed your order it cannot be canceled.

    Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy

    All of our DVR’s NVR’s and cameras come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.  The manufacturer’s warranty will not cover damage due to wear and tear, negligence, accident, alteration and / or misuse.  AAA Security Depot shall not be held liable for damages or loss resulting from the specific use or application of any of the products we sell.
