We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or REFUND including any return shipping costs within the first 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days the customer will be eligible for a REPLACEMENT only.

Requests from outside country of purchase / orders shipped internationally:

We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REFUND or REPLACEMENT. 

International shipping costs must be covered by the customer. This includes purchases shipped overseas from the USA via Amazon.
